Motivation Behind “100 Days of Fitness”

So why am I here? Why am I putting this journey out into the cyber world for everyone to see? Because I am going to find inspiration in the craziest way I can think of. I am going to vow to obtain my goals in the next 100 days. I am also going to ask you for the extra motivation and encouragement needed to not allow my “excuses” to get in my way. Even if one person follows me on this journey I owe it to you to track my progress, report the highs and lows of training and celebrate my achievements together.
